Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
My time as a moderator has been good. I have gained experience within the server and the experience I have from my current ranks in the community. I have been a moderator in the past as well so this is my second time and I know what I am doing with my powers and I feel like it will help me to be promoted.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Currently on Bhop there hasn't been a situation in which I encountered that was an obstacle as on Bhop there really isn't things like that in which I would need to work around. However if there was something I would be able to work around it due to my experience on the other servers I am staff on and the abilities I have within the community.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello Player X,

Congratulations on becoming Zarp Bhop Moderator.
As a moderator you only get a few commands,

Mute chat & Mute Globally
Mute chat and mute globally are basically the same thing. If a user is being disrespectful/racist/offensive in chat you will use chat mute and if they are using voice doing the same stuff mentioned above you use mute globally.

Slay
As Moderator you get slay. This command is barely used, it can be used if someone possibly uses an exploit on the server.

Strip Weapons
Strip weapons can be used if a player is using the guns on the server out of order and using them to distract them from their bhopping.

Kick
As Moderator you also get the ability to kick players from the server. This can be used if a user is constantly breaking the server rules you are able to kick the off the server.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I feel like I should be promoted to Administrator as I will have the ability to work harder around the server and be able to work on situations easier and be able to ban users off the server when its needed. I am well experienced within the community and I currently hold many ranks on the other servers, I am currently SSRP Head Admin, Surf Owner, TS3 Head Admin, Global Moderator and FP SRP Head Admin. Having these ranks I have gained lots of experience and I am able to work hard on bhop using my skills and experience I have gained. I am also know the commands very well due to Surf and Bhop having the same commands. Overall I feel like I am ready for a promotion due to my skills and experiences I have gained over the time of being staff and I am well able to use the powers of Bhop Administrator in the correct order.
