Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
I would tell them the basics of bhopping, clearly stating "Don't hold W, only use A and D, to keep your speed and momentum". The ask them to show me what the can do first to see what stage they are at. Then I would as him to spectate me (although I'm not the greatest I get the concept) and give him a running commentary on what I'm doing. If he is still struggling to get the concept I would link him to a basic and simple tutorial.

OR

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would give the spammer, 1-2 verbal warnings via text or mic chat to stop what he was doing. If the issue continued I would chat/mic mute the user for 5 minutes. If he continued to spam after the 5 minutes I would mute him for another 10 minutes with a warning also. If this continued I would kick the user. If he rejoined and continued I would contact a higher rank e.g. Admin, SA etc. to ban the user.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would explain to the exploiter what he was doing and how its an exploit and give him a verbal warning. If he continued the exploit I would kick the player. If he rejoined and continued to exploit I would contact a higher ranked staff member to ban the player for exploiting.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I should be chosen to be a moderator as I show loyalty to the server managing to get 1-2 hours on school days and even more on the weekend and holidays. I have lots of experience with being on staff of servers. I'm am very friendly and would have conversations with other players. I am currently staff on the Deathrun server so I am familiar with the rules and when to use what punishment. I enjoy to bhop, even though I'm TRASH I could help other that need it.

I feel like you've put in a decent amount of effort into this app and your explanations are fairly well written however personally I feel like you give a bit too many verbals or warnings - keep in mind there's no warning system implemented onto the server so it's generally: verbal -> mute/gag (or both) -> kick however this can entirely depend on the context.

I need to add that you were only recently un-community banned. In a sense I'm glad you've only applied for Mod as it shows that you're willing to slowly grow back your trust within the community and not try to apply straight back to Admin (not that you'd have been given permission anyway

)

Your activity isn't looking like the best currently and that's a problem. If you can get a good amount of activity in the next couple of days and I can see your attitude in-game and how you interact with other players has changed for the better then you'll have my vote.
