Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1. If there is a player mass rdmming getting reported 3 or more times and leaves before gets punished its called *mass RDM + LTAP* and that is bannable
2. If some1 has an inappropriate name like *heil hitler* that isnt allowed and u have to warn the player by pmming them or stuff. If the player dosent change his name u can kick him. And if he comes 2 times back with the same inappropriate name u can ban him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would say: This appeal is really good, and because this is your first ban i would say that u would get unbanned because you put alot of effort in this appeal and i know that u really mean it, so i will support you as much as i can.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I know the rules very well i have been on the server for a nice amount of time and i have been mod for a while now. I have been really active and i have seen alot and i mean ALOT of mass rdmmers ltapping and there have been no admins or highers on so he wouldn't have gotten banned just autoslayed a couple of times. I just feel like i would be capable of being an admin.

Your application could be a bit more detailled to be honest. However, your activity is really good right now. But more importantly, your attitude has really improved.
