Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I would say I got all this Experience from all the Admin sits. The Experience i Learned for those sits were How to handle Certain Situations, what i need to do, and what to do next. And so i think I've gained Enough Experience to apply for Admin.

Explain a Situation as a Moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around:
In Server 3, i was 3 Days Recruited. And everyone was Rule Breaking like Hell. And as soon as i joined the server People started calling me Autistic. But me and Justinxz Got all the rule breakers one by one. And the Server was Normal again.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Welcome (Name), Congratulations on getting your Roll on Moderator, you will be an Important Person in our Staff Team, I will now go over the commands you have to guide you to use them Properly.

- Kick
Should not use unless is necessary, like if there's a hacker and no admins are on. This would be a good time to use the kick command. Use the Tab Menu and click the guys name and click Kick

-Mute Chat
Only use if someone is disrespecting, posting Racist comments or spamming in chat, can also mute for the giving amount of time.

-RapSheet
This is used to check all the Warns, slays, Mutes, Jails, and Bans of the selected person in the Tab menu

- Unban from Job
This is used in situations like, if someone is Falsely Demoted. This would be a good time to use this command. Press Tab and Select Player's name and click Unban from job

- Freeze
You will use this a lot, an appropriate time to use this is when you tell someone to stop doing something and they dont Listen. They will be unable to move for selected amount of Time. Open the Tab Menu, Click selected player, and click Freeze and select the necessary time.

- Slay
This should only be use'd when someone is using an item or exploit to do something they should not be doing. Open the Tab menu, click on the selected Person, Click slay, Click what type and the Reason.

- Mute Global
Just use this when someone's mic spamming in front of multiple People, this allows everyone to not here him or her talk/Micspam. Or saying Racist comments a lot. Open the Tab menu, press player of Choice, and press mute globally.

- Logs/Taking Reports
If you press f1 a screen should pop up, this the Zarp Administrative Care Menu. The Most left one should say Admin Requests, these are Requests Users made that need Help. And there should be another Tab called Logging. This is to Check all the Kill's, Arrests, Job changes, CDM's and the time of Kill's, Arrests, Job Changes, CDM's. This will provide you with the Information needed to take Reports.

- Punishments log
If you press f6 you will see the punishment logs, you can see all the punishment of the player selected, you will see all the Mute's, Warn's, Jail's, Slays, and Slap's of someone. Also known a RapSheet.

- Commands Goto, Bring, Back, Teleport
If you press the Tab menu, and select desired Persons name you will see Goto. This is used to come to the Selected User. You will also see Bring, this will Bring the selected User right in front of you. You will also see Back, when you select this you will see two options. Last Location or Spawn. Click on one to bring the player Back from a sit. And finally Teleport, Select Desired player in the Tab Menu, Point you Cross hair to where you want him to go to. And once you press Teleport, the User will Go in the spot you Cross Hair was Pointing.

- Admin Tool
This is to check if any Fading Doors and Keypads are Attached to a Prop. You left click the prop you want to check, if he has a Keypad there will be a Blue Arrow pointing to it. It will also show in the Bottom Right corner This Entity is controlled by (how many keypads there are attached to it). If there is no Blue Arrow, or say's this Entity is Controlled by 0 Keypads. Then they have now either Prop Locked or Didn't put a keypad. (either way its Breaking a rule).

- Server Rules
I would Highly suggest you Read the Rules after this, but if you Have a Question about a Rule or Just want to know if something is a Rule, do /motd or !motd and the Rules Screen will pop up. All the Server Rules are there.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello (name), I see that we've meet Before. But you Ban Appeal Got me Thinking, You sound Honestly Really Apologetic for Prop Spam. And so this got me thinking, Should i lower your ban. And i've done some Thinking and i decided to lower you Ban to 3 Days. But just make sure you go over the Rules by either going on the website and looking the rules up or just do /motd or !motd to check the Rules in-game. I just dont want you to get another Ban and get in Trouble. But this server does not allow Prop Spamming. Again Please Read over the Motd.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
Well i REALLY LOVE ZARP, The Staff team is really nice and fun to Hang out with or to play Gmod with. And i also Love to watch Rule Breakers, and Punish them. I love the Community of Zarp, the Players, The Maps, the Staff Team and the Way you guys just setup Zarp i just love it. And so if i could Help Even Further to improve these servers I WILL. Because i like this server and i just dont want Rule Breakers Every where (Not Making fun of other Staff). I want to just be Able to Play Normally.
But there's always Going to be Rule Breakers on the server. And i can Catch them Breaking the Rules, theres no Better felling then just Helping the Zarp Servers and Community. But my Experience as a Moderator on Zarp gave me the Hang of How to Handle thing and to know what im Doing. I just Love the Felling of helping, and no Better way to do that is on Zarp Gaming.

Shout out to, Justinxz, Z Mogran, Cyper, Spicyy, Onionrings, Bryn, and Mr.Meccies, LucyLevi, and Error for giving me the Courage and Faith to go for Admin, And also for Helping in sits/Reports.

Shit at doing f1's, thinks NLR in spawn is NON existent.

I feel like you are not quite ready for admin.

I believe that he is ready for admin. I have spectated him quite a bit when he first got mod and needed help. Over the past 2 weeks I haven't seen a single issue with him. I don't know his F1 count but I always see him doing them and conducts them in a professional manner.
