How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I feel that being an admin has really helped me make friends not just with the staff but with users also, i also feel like i have really helped out in the server, i help out with new users who don't really understand certain features on the server, i also help out with moderators on the server helping them out when they need some advice on how to handle with users appropriately.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Activity
In my opinion i believe that i have really consistent activity with me being on the server most of the time which shows how dedicated i really am to the server. I am on most of the days when i can and to this point still on loosing interest in the server nor am i loosing interest in being a staff member. I have been playing TTT for almost 5 months now and to this day i still keep my activity up.
Trust
Throughout my time of being a mod and an admin i believe that i have gathered a lot of trust not just from the staff but also from the users who play on the TTT server, i am trustworthy to handle reports correctly and to give out the right punishments for the right reasons. I am also trusted to staff ranks on 2 other Zarp servers (Prophunt and Surf) this shows i am trusted with my powers and that i dont abuse the ones that i currently have.
Behavior
When handling reports i always make sure that what i do is fair and is not over doing it compared to what the user has done. I always keep calm when talking to users even when i get disrespect from them and always make sure that i dont start swearing or shouting at them, i always stay calm. When i talk to other staff members i always like to have a laugh with them.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I warned and slayed a user who got reported for RDM, without checking the logs or if the users were Traitor, Detective or Innocent that round. After a bit of time passes i find out that the user i slayed and warned was traitor and they killed an innocent, after that i removed the users slay that i have given them and because there were on LT members on the server at the time i contacted Raeker with the steam id of the user and asked Raeker to remove the warn that i have also given.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
Accepted
Hello [user's name] after reviewing the report i have decided to ACCEPT this. I have reviewed the evidence that you have provided and i can clearly see that the staff member is in the wrong, i will be talking to the staff member and make sure that this doesn't happen again.
Denied
Hello [user's name] after reviewing your report i have decided to DENY this. This is because there was no evidence provided of this happening and after talking to the staff member they gave a different story from yours.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would firstly contact the staff member and ask them the reason of why they banned the user for so long. If i feel like after the explanation that the time that the user was banned for was too long i would let the staff member know how long i believe the user should have been banned for. After that i would shorten the time of the ban or tell the staff member shorten it.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would firstly let the staff member know that the way they are talking to the user is not appropriate and that they should calm down a bit. After that i would find out what the problem is and help the staff member to resolve it in a more appropriate manner. I would let the user know that the staff member was spoken to and that something like this wont happen again.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would firstly contact both the staff members to explain to me what has happened and what rules were broken, i would make sure that both the users get their say in the situation so i know what both users have to say, i would also ask if either one of them has any proof of the situation so it can be understood more clearly. If the staff member has actually broken the said rule, i would make sure that the staff member is punished appropriately.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would firstly try and calm down the staff members involved, after that i would find out what has happened and figure out what caused the argument in the first place. If one user is found guilty for starting the argument for no reason at all they would be spoken to and made sure not to start arguments with other staff again.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would first make sure that the rule breaking would stop from them and contact the user. I would tell them that their actions were inappropriate from a staff member and tell them that that is expected to be more from a user than a staff member. I would let the other lead team members know about this incident so they are aware what has happened.
