Explain how you feel that your time as a ~~moderator~~ staff member will contribute to you becoming an admin:

I do posses exceptional experience in regards to staffing issues on Zarp. I have done over 1000 Admin Requests most of which can be described as forfilling. True satisfaction comes from helping other people and in what position could you do that better? I was able to meet many people from different countries as a staff member, I was able to help out players in all possible different staffing issues, even being involved in multiple staff reports, recieving a little insight into what the assignment of the leadteam looks like.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

As a moderator you get a glimpse of what staffing is like, you have restricted access to different powers and you get to learn how to improvise in situations that you aren't equipped to deal with. Having 1 month of experience as a mod overall I did encounter my fair share of seemingly unresolvable situations, but I was usually able to steer clear of the obstacles presented to me, either by having a generous admin help me or by improvising. I do not want to bore you with my stories so I will just show you a little video which partly shows me dealing with the kind of player we don't want arround on our server.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

I find the guide I wrote 4 months ago quite adequate for this application so I will submit the same guide again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would hand off the appeal to another staff member immidiatley as I have the courtesy to not jugde over my own jugdement.

Why should I be ~~promoted~~ reinstated?
DISCLAIMER: I have been back for one week and I will not be online on Thursday as I am away with my family, but I do believe that I will only increase on activity in the weeks to come and I'm looking forward to joining the staff team again.
Even though reapplying was my own decision, I have had a lot of motivation from fellow staff members who still remember me to rejoin the staff team. I believe that I could serve as a great addition to the team once again, providing my professional expertise, assisting with the overall disciplination of players and helping out with administrative duties. I am ready to rejoin the staff team to once again make the server a better, more appreciated and more welcoming place.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands.
