What is Ghosting? and give an example:

Ghosting is where someone who is dead speaks to someone who is alive thats could change the round. ei. someone dead giving someone whos alive the code to get past an obstical

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:

i would given them a verbal warning if he/she does not stop mute/gag the player for 5mins and if he/she carries on i would mute them for a further 10mins and warn him.

Why I should be chosen:

I am an active player who wants to help the deathrun community. i am very kind and friendly and would never be disrespectful. iv been admin on zarp ssrp for a while now and want to help zarp not just in ssrp but in other gamemodes, this has made me very responsible and know what it is like to be staff. i was also admin on a deathrun sever about a year ago so i am able to help with not much training. i just want to help out with deathrun as i spent allot of time on it and would like to contribute to this server.
