Why you should choose me as SSRP Head Admin:
I should be chosen as the next SSRP Head Admin as I have previous experience and I have very good knowledge of the in and outs of the staff team entirely, although I recently returned to the lead team a few weeks ago I feel like I'm already fully prepared to take on the Head Admin role as it allows me to do my job more efficiently and allows me to assist the staff team even more by giving me access to the full anti-cheat, training new and managing the Super Admins, etc.

I have proven myself in the past of being compatible with handling this rank and I do hope you consider me back in the Head Admin SSRP team as I do feel like more Head Admins are needed at this moment as there are only two Head Admins as we speak due to the two new CM being promoted, they will need to focus on the community as a whole than just directly SSRP whereas I can.

When it comes to lead team meetings, I always make sure I am fully prepared to present my opinions on a Super Admin candidate, demotions (by giving a Pastebin supplying all relevant information) and a rule change. I actively interact and communicate throughout the lead team on a weekly basis and I can be easily reached on Steam, in-game, Whatsapp (or by phone number), Snapchat, Teamspeak, and Facebook.

As of right now, I see some issues in the lead team I am not able to deal with myself with the past experiences I have and I believe I will be a great benefit to the team if I were to be promoted to this position, I do report them to Head Admins however I would like to be in the position where I am able to deal with this myself.

I am aware that I have not been part of the lead team for a long time, however, I have been part of the lead team for many months in the past so I hope this doesn't change your opinion on me based off this.
