How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
Well to start, I have been Staff on TTT for about 3 Months now and I am aware that throughout this time I resigned and revoked. When I am on the server, I do like to handle reports when I am spectating or I communicate with other players (or both).I also am very active on TeamSpeak and the Forums.In this time I have been banned a many people for breaking certain rules on the correct occasions.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Activity:
If I were to be a SA, I would probably come on the TTT server a lot more than I usually have been as an admin. I would also try to make sure that I train people to the correct manner. I occasionally just like to come on the server to see how everyone is doing or I can come on to actually play the game and this is usually when I talk to people on Teamspeak.
Behaviour:
I try to be a very serious person on situations with reports and things like that but usually I try to be a funny person in chat with other users that use chat a lot. I have grown a friendly environment within the TTT in the serious situations and just be an average person. At the moment, I am recognized by a lot of the users that actually play TTT.
Other Zarp Servers:
Recently, I got Super Admin on Murder so I think I could be able to handle LT Duties pretty well on TTT. I am also Admin on Prop Hunt which I do play to make sure my activity up on there. I always keep my activity at a good rate every week and I always make sure the time I get is good.
Trust:
I like to be known as a trusted person on Zarp as I tend to not break rules. I always tend to trust other staff members a lot no matter who they are or what rank they are. If somebody ever needed help with anything then I will always step in and help them with whatever they need.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
Over my time as a TTT staff member, I haven't really had that many difficult situations, I have usually managed to pass every difficult obstacle that I have faced. This has also been the same for Prop Hunt and Murder but I feel like they haven't been as difficult as the things that I have come across on TTT.

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
For example, the staff member bans the player for 1 week when the player Mass RDM + LTAPed. I would ask the staff member to come onto TS so I can tell him/her about the situation. I explain to them that a 1 week ban isn't fair to that user compared to the others and that it should be between 1-3 days. Then I or the staff member would reduce the ban to what it should be
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would ask them what the problem is and help him/her out with the said problem. For example, if a player had 10+ recent punishments and the admin didn't know what to do, I would tell them to make sure that the player is notified about his next recent being a ban. If the staff member that needed help was a moderator, I would ask which player it is and tell them that I will handle it.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would ask them on TS and then I would put the both of them plus myself into a separate spacer and get both sides of their story. After that, I would also ask the staff member that is reporting to show any proof of it. If there is not enough evidence then I would explain that there is not much I can do without it. If there is enough evidence, I would tell the reported staff member to be aware of the staff Ethos. Depending on what the staff member said, I would bring it up in the LT meeting on Sunday.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
Like the previous situation, I would put them into a separate spacer on TS. This time, I would ask the staff member why he/she is being disrespectful towards the other member of staff. I would then proceed to make sure that the disrespectful staff member is fully aware of the staff Ethos so that a situation like that doesn't happen again with that staff member.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would tell them to stop in the admin chat and tell them to come on TS. Then I would ask them why they are being quite hostile. After that, I would tell them to make sure that they are fully aware of the staff rules so they know not to approach people in a manner like that. Afterwards, I would ask if they have any questions that they want answering for a certain rule.
Extra (not in the template):
A user has been accepted for Moderator in the recent TTT meeting, how would you train them?
I would first get there steam name and add them. I would message them saying to come on the zarp TS server on ts.zarpgaming.com. When I see them on TS, I would move them into a separate spacer and proceed to ask them to come onto the TTT server. Then, I would ask them to turn all sound off so players in the background don't distract him/her. After that, I would then promote the person to moderator and put them into spectator. I would then tell them the commands.
Chat Section:
Amute:
Amute or Admin Mute is only used to mute people that use disrespectful words or just decide to chatspam in the admin chat (to the admins only). You should usually Amute for about 3 minutes.
Asay:
This command is one you don't really have to use as all it does is put you in a private chat with the other staff on the server. The reason it doesn't have to be used Is because you can just type in @ in the chat and it will do it for you.
Gag/Mute:
These two commands are important as gag is used to stop people from talking in voice chat for reasons like disrespect, racism/loopholing or micspam. The mute command is the same but instead they wont be able to chat using the chat box system.
Psay:
The Psay command is used to privately chat to one person on the server. When you click on it, it shows up with everybody's name and when you click on it, it will let you type in whatever to one person.
Fun Section:
Slay:
The slay command should really only be used when someone is Mass RDMing (3+ innocent/detective kills as an innocent/detective) and don't stop. It should also be used when somebody uses the minecarts to push some across into the water which is prop abuse or uses them to fly high in the air which is prop flying.
TTT Admin Section:
Aslay:
Aslay or Auto Slay is used when somebody was to break the rules of TTT. What it does is when you apply a number of autoslays, they will be forced to spectate for that many number of rounds you put in.
Aslayid:
Aslayid should be used if a person broke the rules and then proceeded to leave. What you have to do is copy and paste there steamid and then add the amount of aslay's on. It is usually 2 for RDM + LTAP but it could be a worse punishment. If it was a Mass RDM + LTAP then leave it to one of the admins and they will ban them.
Fspec:
The Fspec command should be used when a player is afk and is holding the game back. It should also be used when a person asks to be put into spectator for when they want to do something. doing !fspec ^ forces yourself to spectate and !unspec is how you would get someone out of spectator mode.
Teleport Section:
These commands should be used if someone was stuck in the map.
Bring:
The bring command does what it says and brings a player to your location.
Goto:
Like the bring command, it does what it says and sends you to the person you want to go to.
Send:
The send command basically sends one person to another persons location. It isn't used that much.
Utility Section:
Kick
The kick command is usually used when somebody's name is unreadable so nobody can call kos in chat/ voice chat. It is also used when somebody's name is disrespectful or racist(usually loopholing).
After telling the new staff member everything in the ULX menu, I would then tell them to press F8 and say that there is now the RDM manager at the top. I would tell him to click on a waiting report and tell them to click Status at the top and put it to handling. The, I would explain to him/her what he/she should do. If it was RDM, I would tell him to go onto Add slays to The Reported Player and then 1 time for the reason of RDM. Then, I would tell them to type in chat !warn Player'sName RDM. I would also tell the person that if they typed !warn The, it would warn everybody with the word 'The' in their name so I would make sure they are aware of that. The I would tell them about the Chat Box which should be used if the staff needs help on the situation. I would explain that if they still need help, they should ask another member of staff. After that I would tell them to set the report to finished by clicking on Status again and clicking finished.
