Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM is when a player X kills another player for a non valid RP reason (or without a reason at all.) Example: Player X got arrested for illegal weapon carry by Y cop. X finds Y after being released from prison and kills him , thus commits RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR means you can't return to a certain district nor interact with any elements of the district you died in. The timer of NLR is 3 minutes. Example: Player X dies in a mugging situation in Z district. Player X returns to Z district to retrieve money from his printers in a nearby building, thus breaks NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I'd check if player Y broke any other rules (such as nlr), then I'd ask player X to provide screenshots (or a recording) of the incident that prove him correct and thus Y guilty. If there is none, I'd verbal warn player Y to be more careful.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I'd check the last death in that particular district of player y , then if the time that has passed is less than 3 minutes, I'd warn him and talk to him and not do it again, or give the choice of redemption to player X if he forgives him. If the latter happens, I'd talk to Y and tell him to not NLR again as that'd be an instant warn.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
Old Statement: My reasons are pretty simple; I want to eradicate RDM , RDA and CDM first of all in server 2,1 and 3 (when I play most of the time). All servers are plagued heavily by these three problems in varying degrees and my only goal is to solve them as far as I humanely can~ that's my promise. I might not have written a wall of text, but I can guarantee I'm as sincere as it gets.
New statement: I standby with whatever I said the last time I was accepted to being moderator and I truly hold these values to my heart's content -- however the sincerest reason I want to be moderator again -- and this is true only for the temporary situation I'm in -- is the fact that there are too many rulebreakers once again in server 2 (and 3 and as always 1) that I want to eradicate once again, as I did before when I was moderator.

The SA that took care of this was irresponsible, did not try to reach me or grab my statement nor did anyone give a shit for my appeal to logic overall, yet apparently appeal to authority and emotion worked fantastic. This particular SA was (and probably is still) irresponsible as he did not keep his word and the conclusion he gave for the report was a facade, as I never heard from him and , obviously, I got no talking to. I believe I've said this before; I would've apologized to the user if whatever I said was offensive to him, whatever it was, but I would not apologize to him when instead of informing me for an alleged disrespect, he threatens to report me to the forums and if i haven't made that statement, I'm more than willing to admit I've changed my point of view.
