How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: I think my time as administrator has has proven myself worthy enough to be promoted to the next position because of my helpfull administration and extended cooperation and communication with the staff team. I've helped countless of staff members with day to day situations and think being promoted would make my day to day tasks and contibution to the staff team more efficient. What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? I feel promoting me would bennefit the staff team a whole lot, I'm always there to help people out and am almost always available. I spend most of my time in game to not only RP but spend 80% of my time to help my fellow staff team out with day to day tasks. I've also dealt with alot of appeals in my time being staff and make the administrator in question make wise and reasonable conclusions. I've also been helping around to help user's start up their game to have a little competition towards the veteran folk. I also have been behind the scenes to make an better environment for the staff team and the users by guiding the new staff and giving tips to new moderators on how to do stuff efficient and good. I've also been in serious confrontations to staff team member's to get them to realise what they did wrong and acknowledge their mistakes and make sure that it wont happen again. Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: I was encountered with an abusive staff member, i caught him breaking rules and being generally abusive and confronted him with the situation, i calmly described to him what he did wrong. He certainly did learn a lesson since i caught his attention with my motivational speech and explaining. To make sure he won't do this offensive again i reported him to higher ups. Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: Firstly i would review the report and consider all the reported subjects, afterwards i would contact the staff member in question and ask his opinion and statement. After this i would contact an additional Lead team to investigate the situation and come to a certain conclusion which will look like this: Warning: Spoiler! Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? Firstly i would ask him why he had ban the user for this excessive amount of time and ask him what the user did wrong, then i would reconsider his punishment with him and tell him how to properly use the ban command next time. Then i would come to an to lower the ban and let the user know of his change in punishment and the situation. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? I would explain to him how the situation should be handled and allow him to continue his sit with me standing nexto his side if he has any questions or to correct him if he makes any mistakes. This way the staff member will know how to proceed in next situations similar to this one and this would be an important lesson. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? I would first of all ask for proof for an later review which i will then procceed to question the reported staff member and ask his/her side of the story which i will then write down on an note. Proceeding i would explain the situation to the staff member that reported and make the situation more clear with an clear judgement explaining what the reported staff member did wrong or what got misunderstood. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? I would ask them both to resolve the situation in an steam group chat or in teamspeak with me and ask them about their relationship and their problems. I proceed to explain to them that arguing and escalating the situation would not bennefit them both and tell them that to adjust the situation and helping eachother would be best choice for them both.I would ask the staff member that is causing the arguments if he is in need of an break which i would happily allow him. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? I would ask him to stop what he is trying to do and convince him what he is doing has no point else to ruining other's experience and explain to him, what if getting abused in game would happen to you. If in unique situations i would give him an emergency demote(This is not permanent) which i will need to inform an higher up for. I would then explain to him that what he is doing is wrong and is unacceptable. |
