Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
As a moderator i felt really good and changed. So I've been a moderator for 3 weeks and I think it was a really enjoying time. I think i need a little change. So the amount of f1's I've done is 206 and I can tell it was really fun.So if I become admin I would do stuff better. For example as a moderator when someone was rdming me I used to find people's name in the players section, but as a admin I can just pick them up and freeze them and ask them why they are rdming.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
So as a moderator when people were trolling I coudn't do anything untill I got a admin, I was freezeing them for 5 minutes and I was telling them to think what they have done. But as a admin i could jail them and ban them.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello there Gaben, I would like to say congratulations for getting accepted. I will tell you somethings you need to know as a moderator.
You can aways ask staff for help, don't be shy you can ask them a question anytime.
Beeing a moderator these are most of the comands: /Kick, /Warn, /Goto, /Bring, /Teleport, /Slay, /Mute chat, /Mute globally, /Back, /Backspawn and /Freeze.
I sugest you to do those things with steam id's or the player section. We don't use names.
When you press f1 you can see Admin Requests ( F1's), Warnings (Player's warns), Logging (The logs) and Active NLR (You see player's NLR's).

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): So I think I should be promoted because it's been a long time as a moderaot. I wanna change things up a bit. So i think i need admin because I would be a good admin and it will be a fun time. I have been a moderator for 3 - 4 weeks. I've done 206 f1's. So i hope I get promoted. Wish me luck guys .

I do not think you should get it, you have had report abuses accepted on you and you keep making a lot of mistakes. In my opinion wait for atleast another week

I think you should have more experience as a mod first and you have a recent accepted report abuse on you, I suggest you if you wait another week and do more of your staff duties you're good to go. Good luck.
