Info about me
Steam Name: |Z| CrØss Link to Steam Profile: steamcommunity.com/id/7656119152124/ SteamID: STEAM_0:0:72617512 Languages I speak: Polish, Swedish, German and English Teamspeak related How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?: First i would tell the bully to stop straight away. Then when/if they stop i ask them to don't do that again. After that i talk with them about why they bullied someone and what can happen if they do it again. After i have spoken with the bully, i will speak with the person who has been bullied. I ask them if they are ok, if they are still sad, if they need help or anything. And after that i tell them to contact me if it happens again. Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately: Mute If someone is earraping, harassing/bullying someone and they don't stop that's whn you use it. Kick client from channel If the person is being annoying, or harassing even tho they have been told to stop, and even maybe have been muted/kicked once before. That's when you use it. Kick from server If a person is going from channel to channel, and harassing people and won't stop, that's when you kick them. Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words): I think i'm a helpful person, i try to be as nice as possible, i don't do stuff without thinking, i try to be as active on TeamSpeak as much as possible. I'm staff on SSRP and Bhop, so i know how to handle some/a certain situation. |

Most people are searching for happiness. They’re looking for it. They’re trying to find it in someone or something outside of themselves. That’s a fundamental mistake. Happiness is something that you are, and it comes from the way you think.
