Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

1) When a player MASS RDM's and Leaves (RDM+LTAP)
2)When a player MASS RDM's every round without intention to stop.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would look at the appeal and decide if the person is serious about change and if it looks like that person does seem genuine,Then I would shorten the ban to around 2 days or more and tell the player if they do it again it will lead to a perma ban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I am one of the most active players within the TTT server with over 17200 mins put into playing, During this time I enjoy the game mode, I wish to become a Admin because i enjoy the community within the server. I also want be more involved with the Admin team and other staff members. I am currently finding it easy to deal with reports and have also i have learned from my mistakes in the past with reports. During my time as a Mod it is nice to see the reduction of RDM, Racism and much more When other staff may not be on, This is why i wanted to be mod in the first place. Although i am unable to deal with some other people because of my rank such as people who MASS RDM and leave. I am hoping to become Admin so i can deal with them.

If you've been doing your job properly these past few weeks then I see no reason for you to get it. One week was perhaps a bit too soon, but you've waited another two and I haven't heard about anything serious going on. You can propbably count on my vote the upcoming meeting. I would like to see you be a bit more active, this will show you are dedicated and want to help to the best of your ability. I think you have learnt what you needed to and have improved a lot since starting out as a Moderator. Overall just keep getting activity and you will have my vote this meeting! Good luck! Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands.
