Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Being a moderator i have learn fully how to use the commands and have gained a much better grasp on the servers rules,
I have also given fair punishments to players already and are comfortable in doing so.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
A user was being racist in chat and mic so I muted him for 5 mins' and let him off with a warning before kicking the player after the Incident, then straight after another player who was his friend began being homophobic and disrupting other players so I told him verbally ''Keep that up and you'll wind up like your mate'' he muted my voice chat whilst i was attempting to explain the rules to him so using my new found commands I used the private message function to make sure he got the point, eventually I kicked him for discrimination as he wouldn't stop

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
I would first describe all the commands and their uses to them and what situations to use them in giving examples,
Then run the rules by him and make sure he is familiar on what he is looking out for and then send him on his way.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would privately message the user on steam and discuss the reasons why he did it and what he was wanting to gain from it, if the user sounds genuine and is sorry for their actions i would give them another chance. If i was unsure whether to keep him banned or pardon him i would discuss the matter with a higher ranking staff before making my ultimate decision

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I don't see myself becoming inactive in the near future as i love the gamemode and community of Zarp, Like i said in my mod app, I am friendly and determined to tackle any challenge i may face
