What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

Ghosting happens when a dead player gives information that cannot be acquired if alive, so for example:
A map where players cannot see deaths for example. A Player is going to walk through a trap, but a dead player intervenes and tells him there’s a death waiting there to kill him. For that reason, the player doesn’t die.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

If a player is disrespecting, I would firstly ask him to stop. After the first verbal warn, I would mute/gag him for some time. If once the gag is over he disrespects again, I would mute/gag him for more time and give him a warning. If he keeps disrespecting for a lot of time, I would then kick him.

Before reading: I know that my activity is very low this week, but I had literally 9 exams, I will be a lot more active from Tuesday onwards.
I have been admin for two months in murder and I am also staff in TTT. For these reasons, I know how to handle every case that can occur. I think I would help because now I will be more active on death run and I would like to be able to help the server by dealing with disrespecting users or afk people. I am also a mature person who doesn’t get into arguments because of disrespect. I know my activity is low for now, but I will be getting more over the week.

I'd suggest that you wouldn't gag them after you gave them a verbal as that defeats the purpose of verbal warnings. But otherwise a very good application!
