What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is where people who are dead and they tell the runners and sometimes the deaths codes, doors if traps have been activated or not and if they tell them what things are safe and what is not and also if they tell them what portals to go through. Ex: If a guy was dead and says to another guy the code is example 269 and then the runner went thru it successfully and won or died it does not matter if tho it was wrong they will still get tould to not do that again

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would pick out of these terms or rules (what you want to call them), mute them, warn them, gag them.
Ex: Say if somebody called somebody something bad and the other person felt disrespected he will get tould to not do that again. But if he continues giving disrespect I would mute or gag and warn him for Disrespect.It also means that you are not allowed to call anyone names or hurting another player's feelings or saying the n* word.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen cause I think I would deal with all the players the same way and I would try to make the server even better.
I know I just applied for staff and I failed but I saw my mistakes and now I fell ready and I know I can help.and I stay up late at night when only a few staff members are on are in sometimes even none
Ex: like 2 or 3 are online (including me) and there are no staff members there, I could be there.
