TOPIC: [TS3 Staff] Levi's Application

First of all, I would go into a private spacer and bring the victim who has just been bullied. I would then ask the victim what happened and to explain their side of the story; Then listen to bullies side of the story. I would then ask the victim for any sort of evidence E.g. "Pokes". if the victim shows me evidence i would then proceed to ban/warn the bully. Before any punishments take place i would ask the bully to read over the Team speaks "Terms Of Use". Another scenario is that the victim doesn't have any proof. If so then what I would do is listen to both sides of the story and try to piece together what happened and find out things said/done. If i cannot find any evidence at all or the bully does not admit, I would tell the bully to read the "Terms Of Use" and explain to him that we have a Zero Tolerance for bullying and if you are found doing so you will be banned! I would then keep a very close eye and the bully just to make sure he following the "Terms Of Use".



Kick Client from Server/Channel
This would be used when someone is breaking the Team speaks "Terms Of Use". Foe example this is useful for when someone is playing Music/Soundboards. This is used a warning to make the user stop, Therefore firstly they would be kicked from the channel and then if they join back and proceed they would be kicked from the server.

Ban Client
This would be used as the last resort. Therefore there is a user constantly breaking Team speak rules and the "Terms Of Use" after being told to stop multiple times and still don't stop after multiple kicks. Then you should Ban the user from the server and the time varies depending on what they have done.

Give/Remove Rank
This will be used when a player has been Accepted and has been successfully trained in that specific area.This is also used when a Staff member has been Demoted/Resigned.

Accessing Locked Channels "Spacer"
This will used when users ask to be moved into a spacer with there friends so no one else can join. This will be used say a person is being bullied you would bring them into a private room where the issues can be solved. Also this can be used for when you need to have a private conversation with a staff member.

Delete Avatar
This will be used when someone has an offensive/Breaking "Terms Of Use" avatar.

I'm Currently staff on 2 Servers i am an SSRP Administrator and a Surf Moderator. I have been active everyday on those servers for a few months. I am on team speak everyday and i believe that i would be a great addition to the staff team because i am always on!

Helpful
I believe that i am very helpful because on SSRP i love helping new players and teaching people the rules. I also give the teamspeak IP to a lot of people who are willing to make new friends and who want to enjoy there time on zarp. If i was ream speak staff i will be more than happy to move people in and out of spacers, help out with any issues on TS and to get the right information if anyone needs it.

Trusted
As Staff on SSRP and Surf those powers could be abused and have been abused by old staff, however i have been staff for quite a while. I haven't had any Demote Requests/ Report Abuse so i believe that i am trusted in the community and i must be doing my job correctly

Fairness
I believe that i am very fair and that i will always listen to both sides of the story's. Even if one of my friends are doing stuff wrong i will punish them like i would to a normal player. I always follow the staff ethos and it doesn't matter who the player is they will be punished as much as anyone else. I always give people verbal warnings depending on Recent warnings and i would rather speak to someone instead of warning them.

Attitude
I am mature and friendly even in certain situations i always keep my cool and act in a responsible way. I love having a laugh and a joke with friends but when it comes to staff situations i am very mature.
