How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
I would reach and speak to him in an very friendly way then I would ask him who is bullying you and I would talk to the bully and make sure he would stop if not I would ban him or kick him for bullying and if he keeps on I would perma ban him.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
Ban: Bans someone from the server
Kick: Kick someone from the server
Delete avatar: deletes avatars from someones profile
Assaying ranks: giving someone ranks for gamemodes and such
Editing channels: Edit channels.
