Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1. If there is a player mass rdmming getting reported 3 or more times and leaves before gets punished its called *mass RDM + LTAP* and that is bannable
2. If some1 has an inappropriate name like *heil hitler* that isnt allowed and u have to warn the player my pmming them or stuff. If the player dosent change his name u can kick him. And if he still comes back with the same inappropriate name u can ban him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would say: This appeal is really good, and because this is your first ban i would say that u would get unbanned because you put alot of effort in this appeal and i know that u really mean it, so i would give u my vote in the meeting.

Why I should be promoted?
Well i have been mod for a while now and i have been really active and i have seen alot and i mean ALOT of mass rdmmers ltapping and there have been no admins or highers on so he wouldn't have gotten banned just autoslayed a couple of times and if i would get admin i hope miia wouldn't bully me anymore :DD

I do see you dealing with quite a few reports in game which is good to see and will also mean you come across different situations.

You are active which shows you are trying your hardest to benefit the server.

I think your application could have some more detail so I would recommend looking at some other TTT Admin apps for a better idea.

I also think that with your recent problem of where you disrespected someone, I would like to see you get a hold of your outbursts like this as it has happened before and is very rude towards the user and they get offended.

Therefore I would personally like to see an improvement in your application and attitude before you get Admin.
