What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is a way when a dead player tells a runner info that can change the outcome of a round, this means that the runner can have an advantage to win the round. an example would be in dr_minecraft at the end of the first row of traps there are two portals, death presses button so left kills you, then a runner runs into left and dies and when he is dead he tells other runners to go right otherwise they will die. An easy way to handle is to give a verb warn first if the player does it again, then gag/mute and warn him.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If a player was being disrespectful towards me or another player/staff i would give them one or two verb warns depending on what he is disrespecting with but before i would warn i would ask the player he is disrespecting if it is some kind of joke they have going, i would also check his previous warns/punishments, i would kindly ask him to stop since being aggressive and angry doesn't help, if he were to continue after my 1st verb warn i would give him a last chance to stop. If he were to continue i would gag/mute him and warn for being disrespectful after several verb warns. If he were to continue after a new map or leaving and joining again i wouldn't give him more verb warns and just warn/gag/mute right away and i would tell him last chance or then i would contact a higher staff member to deal with him in an appropriate way.

Well first of all ive been mod before so im very familiar with the rules and the different commands, when to use them etc. I havent got a warn in a long long time, and also im pretty much active all day. Sometimes i play late night when there are no staff members and i do see some rulebreakers and it would be nice to be able to deal with them, i also see some of the staff members not even reacting to rulebreaking, i think this is bad, im also very helpfull and im a kind player trying to keep the server attitude up and welcoming new players to our great community.
