How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
If I wasn't in the channel I would move the bully and the person getting bullied into a spacer and ask what happened. I would then tell the bully to stop, if the bully doesn't stop I would move him into a spacer again and tell him/her that he's getting banned for his/her actions. If I were in the same channel I would move the bully away from the victim and speak to the bully. If the actions continue I would ban the bully.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
Ban:
The ban command is a command where you ban a person from the server. TO ban a person you right click on their name, press ban user and then write in amount of time and reason. The ban command should only bee used when there's a big rule break (for example Racism, bullying etc.)

Kick:
The kick command is similar to the ban kommand just that the player that gets kicked can rejoin. You should only kick a person if they do a small rule break (as a warning or when they refuse to stop annoying and micspamming for the first time)

Move:
Move is a command used to move a person from one channel to another. You mostly move people into channels if the person who is going to get moved wants to be moved to a channel and the people in the spacer agrees on him joining the channel. You can also move a person if you need to speak to them about important stuff like Lead team things.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I am very active in the TS server and I feel like I could make a great TS admin because I used to be TS staff and I know how to handle many situations and how to react in certain situations.
