How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
I would first approach the victim of the bullying and ask for their side of the story and if they have any evidence or not. I would then approach the "Bully" and ask for their side of the story. If the stories matched i would warn the "Bully" that if they continue to break rules on the teamspeak they shall be recieving a ban, but if the stories were different but i had proof that the person was being bullied, i would give them a day ban to think about what they did wrong, read over the TOU and make sure this never happens again.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
Ban: This Administrative Feature of the Teamspeak server bans the user for the time specified in the ban window with the inputted reason. The ban command is best used when there is a user constantly breaking TOU and you think they need to have a break from the Teamspeak or the user does something really wrong such as being racist.
Kick: This Administrative Feature kicks the user either from the channel or the server for the reason specified in the kick window. This feature is used when a user breaks a minor rule such as mic spam or spamming chat or pokes
Delete Avatar: This Administrative Feature deletes a users avatar. this may be used if a user has an inappropriate teamspeak avatar that breaks TOU or offends someone
Set Server Group: This Administrative Feature applies the given rank to a user. This is used when a user has just been accepted/promoted as staff on a server and requires the appropriate Badge

Experienced
I feel like i sould be picked as Teamspeak Staff because i have had a lot of experience staffing on servers such as SSRP where i held an Admin rank for multiple months and Murder where i am currently admin and have been for over a month now. I think this contributes to my ability to be a good teamspeak staff member because i have had experience in dealing with defiant users and have used the ban command appropriately and effectively multiple times before.
Trusted
As i stated above, i have held an Admin rank on SSRP for multiple months and am currently Admin on Murder and have been for over a month now. This shows that i am a trusted member of the community and shows that i can be trusted with the powers that come with the Teamspeak Staff rank
Activity
Everyday i find myself active and communicating on the teamspeak and feel as though my time could be better spent as a staff member on the server. If i find myself not speaking to anyone at the time, i could use that time staffing instead of sat afk . This would overall make the teamspeak a more enjoyable place for all because the users get the satisfaction of having a rulebreaker punished and i get the chance to do something other than sit afk.
Attitude
I think i would place myself in the group of people that can have a laugh most of the time but when it comes to serious situations, can be very mature and understanding. I think this is an important skill when it comes to dealing with situations on the teamspeak because i can use this to better understand each users point of view and chose an appropriate punishment with greater accuracy
