English, some French and Spanish and a little bit of Irish Gaelic.
In handling a Teamspeak appeal, I would first go to the thread in order to state that I would be handling the appeal. I would then check over the story of what happened in order to get at least some idea of what was going on over the situation. After this, I would go to the Teamspeak staff member who enforced the punishment, and let them know of the appeal, asking them for their side of the story. After fully gathering together the whole story of what happened, I would tell the Teamspeak staff member of what I thought should be done about the ban. If the staff member agreed with my judgement on what should happen, I would go ahead and post on the thread the outcome (removing the punishment if it was accepted). If the staff member did not agree with my judgement, I would ask them for their opinion and what they thought should happen and why. I would then attempt to calmly reach a conclusion with the Teamspeak staff member and post that outcome onto the thread (removing the punishment if necessary). If the staff member did not reply to my attempts to contact them within 24 hours, then I would just read through what the person had stated in their appeal and try to gather as much information as possible from there (and what I already knew from the situation) in order to make my own conclusion for the appeal, taking the appropriate action based on the outcome.
Set Server Group: This would be used when training someone for staff on a ZARP server, when removing someone's rank because of a demotion or when they resign. This could also be used if someone did not have their rank on Teamspeak anymore if they had set up their client on a new client or identity (first of all getting proof that it was them through voice recognition, making them say a specific phrase or getting them to send a specific Steam message.)
Set Channel Group: This should only be used when someone is being given their Gang Owner rank for their gang channel / having it removed due to them having to set up on a new client / identity (again, appropriate evidence should be gathered to ensure that it is the correct user.)
Kick Client from Channel: This should be used in order to remove a user from the channel. If they have not done something which is a severe enough breach of TOU, you can use this in order to remove them from the channel, or to serve as a little reminder to not do it again, yet not kick them fully from the server.
Kick Client from Server: This should be used if someone has broken TOU more than once, or if you think it to be necessary given the TOU breach. The first time they break TOU, they should be told to stop, but then if they continue, this can be used in order to remove them from the server (a reason should be given for the kick.)
Ban Client: This should only be used when it is
completely necessary. If someone has broken TOU in a very severe way, or they have been consistently breaking TOU and have given a chance to stop. A reason should always be given for a ban, and the user's recent history on the Teamspeak server should be taken into account when reaching the conclusion of how long to make their ban. An example of when you should ban someone is when they are constantly breaking TOU after being kicked already for it, leaking personal information, etc.
Move Client: This can be used in a lot of situations, from just moving people out of a channel when they are breaking TOU, but it is not quite severe enough to kick them, when they are needed to be moved in or out of a meeting, when you just want to move them to a spacer in order to talk to them or when moving into channels yourself. When moving yourself or someone else into a private channel (spacer) and it is not empty (or filled with some random users), you should ensure that you have permission from someone in the channel to move in.
With my new powers as a Teamspeak Head Admin, I would enforce the TOU and the staff ethos fully across the entire Teamspeak server, and across the staff team. I would use my new powers in order to help out more on Teamspeak by training new Teamspeak staff members (accepted through applications or through getting Lead Team on a server). I would also use the new Teamspeak powers in order to handle report abuses against Teamspeak staff and handle ban appeals for Teamspeak. I feel that I would be good for the role of Teamspeak Head Admin because I am very trusted within the community, given my current Lead Team roles as Prophunt Server Owner, Murder Server Owner, TTT Head Admin and Surf Super Admin. I am also very dedicated across the community as a whole, and also on Teamspeak. I always try to enforce TOU and do my job as best as I can. I have also shown my presence on the Teamspeak server fully through handling reports against users on the forums (when they very rarely occur). This is useful for a Teamspeak Head Admin because a Teamspeak Head Admin is required to handle report abuses against staff members on the forums, and also to handle ban appeals on the forums, as regular Teamspeak staff are only able to handle report abuses against regular Teamspeak users. On Teamspeak, I am constantly listening to reports from users on the Teamspeak server, and acting upon them to enforce TOU as best as I possibly can. I can almost always be found on Teamspeak, and will always reply to any queries or concerns which are directed to me, be it either by poke or any other method. I actively show a presence on Teamspeak, be it by communicating with people within a spacer, and also by being active in public channels. Given the reasons I have already listed, and also due to how long I have been Teamspeak staff, I feel that, as a Teamspeak Head Admin, I would be able to make a huge positive contribution towards the Teamspeak server more so than I have been able to in my current position as Teamspeak staff.
