Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
In my Very Short time as a moderator i have taken up 30 F1's and have completed them all successfully i think i am ready to become an admin as im already quite experienced in the commands and resolving problems

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around:
There was a guy who would not cooperate (i forget his name) he was so obnoxious the guy had told me in very good detail what happened he was rdm'ing near the mines to anyone who walked by i solved this by giving his a 3 min jail and a warning for rdm

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
To all the new mods i first have to say congrats for being selected and i will be training you today Step one: dont use chat commands This can result i disaster as there has been times when a mod has brung the whole server to one spot
Step two; If someone is reported for say RDM X1 Make sure to check the logs of both party's but always ask for screenshots as they could be telling a Bullshit story and also check their rapsheet before handing out any sort of punishment Step 3; if there is no admin or sa+ online use Teamspeak as you can contact the staff on that if someone is being racist or massrdm'ing
Step; use your admin tool to checkk if fading doors are legit and keypads arent hidden or far away Step 5; Dont abuse your teleport in rp situations an accidental hit is common for most people untill they get used to the feel of teleporting and we cant blame you for randomly hitting the tp button

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would apologize for banning permanently for the first ban But i would explain to them that propspam can lead to a server crash and tell them how dangerous a server crash can be

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): i think i should be promoted because i have been working hard and i havent rp'ed in a day i have been doing f1's constantly and i wish to do more i have treated people who deserve the respect, respect and people who dont i didn't i find it very hard to get info out of people maybe its because i cant take more action such as banning but i have been in certain situations where i have encountered job abuse but could not do anthing about it so i want to be admin to enfore the rules to those who break them and try protect the players from rulebreakers
