Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:

Simply, I would first ask him verbally to stop, as from personnal experience, it works half of the time and make relationships with users a bit better (some of them get mad very quickly when gagged or muted right away). However, as it is our priority to keep the server as enjoyable as it can be for everyone, if the first solution does not work I would then use the mute/gag commands for about 5 minutes. After that time however, if the person has not calmed down and shows himself willing to cause chaos and annoying sounds to other users, I would not hesitate to mute/gag again for a longer time, as well as giving a warn, to make sure that they learn enjoy the server while following the rules.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

At first, I would have a chat with the user responsible of the exploit, to make them stop without resorting to drastic measures. If however, they keep exploiting, I would then be forced to give the user a solid warn, in hope that it will make his attitude change.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:

Ghosting refers to two players getting an advantage over others by sharing information between themselves. For example, 2 friends are playing the game while chatting through steam. Being on a different team, player A, in props team, gives the location of his allies to player B, him being in the hunter team. By spectating his allies, he makes sure his friend knows where all the props are, ruining the latter's experience.

Why I should be chosen:

Frankly, I'm not very dedicated when it comes to this server. I want to remain honest and claim that TTT has always been, and will always be my top priority when it comes to Zarp and staffing. My poor activity on PH shows that clearly. However, Prophunt is for me, very enjoyable. Especially after staffing on TTT, which is, at times, very difficult. Prophunt, on the other hand, is more peaceful. Still, it would be my pleasure to contribute to that peacefulness I enjoy.

Being a staff member on TTT for 7 months, I'm very experienced and mature when it comes to staffing. And for everyone who knows me, I'm well known for answering all questions from both users and staff, and helping whenever I can. My time is very scarce, but I'm still willing to lend a hand and keep this server a fun place to be for anyone.

As I begin a new job next Monday, my time will be scarce. If that doesn't scare members of the staff, you can count on me.

Des plombes pour trouver une partie convenable, des joueurs de toutes régions mélangées et qui donnent lieu à un grand n'importe quoi, des joueurs qui quittent sans arrêt ... mais le plus handicapant : des bugs. Des bugs à foison, vous faisant perdre un temps précieux, des points, et vous obligeant parfois même à quitter la partie de dépit.

Dans l'ensemble, une caratstrophe dont le prix n'est nullement justifié, le jeu n'ayant clairement pas été fini convenablement. Achetez-le uniquement si vous avez beaucoup d'amis avec qui y jouer régulièrement. Et encore ... c'est mon cas, et nous nous sommes tous lassés face aux nombreux soucis cités plus haut.

Pour le même prix, vous aurez bien mieux. En l'espèce, c'est du foutage de gueule intégral.
