Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would give the player a few verbal warning and if this consists i will mute them (i am unfamiliar with the commands zarp provides)

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Id give the player a warning or kick them immediately if this exploit was interfering with the other players on the server.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is where a dead player communicates with an alive player to give information about the game that could provide an unfair advantage
Example:
Player A is killed by the murderer and has seen the murderer's name Player A then tells Player B outside the in game chat who the murderer is therefor Player B knows who to avoid/kill where he wouldn't have known this if Player A hasn't said so.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I am already a moderator on Bhop therefore I'am familiar with the commands i am always active and talking with the server in voice chat. I am a friendly and approachable player that is looking forward for any upcoming challenge or task

Keep getting up your activity and you will have a good amount in time for the meeting.

You are friendly to talk to and have a bit of experience as Bhop Moderator which is good and shows you are getting into the community.

Your application is quite good and has some effort put in which is great to see.

I also don't think you have any recent punishments which shows you can follow the rules.
