Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
Can't answear question because the exact same thing has hapened when i was a mod on murder and i haven't learned anything new yet.
Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Someone is ghosting and then LTAPed
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

asay (Chat) @ message Sends a message to other staff members only.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
The hacking policy states that we arent able to punish hackers even if they are blatanly hacking we have to get a SA or + to anti-cheat them and follow the procedure or if noone is available then gather enough evidence and report it to a SA or + and they will bring it up in the LT meeting. If in some imaginary scenerio the hacking policy got changed then if they showed great apology i would adjust the ban to 1 month but tell everyone to keep an eye on him and if he cheats again there will be no other chances.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I know the rules and the staff ethos very well as i am staff on other servers, i may not be the best at making applications but i make up for it in action(not negative ones). I dont hold grudges and the extra commands would help me out a lot in my staffing experience.
