What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

Ghosting when a player that has died tells a player that is alive key information that can change the outcome of a round.
*Dead* Rhys *Spectates death* *Says to alive players* - "The death has pressed the left button, so the right portal is safe"
This makes sure that the alive players makes it past the trap and is classed as ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

I would first approach the player and give him 1 or 2 verbal warnings.
I would then warn the player along with slay/gag/mute depending on the rule they broke.
If the player carried on after the punishment I would call on a higher up to further deal with the player, if needed.

I have been playing Deathrun a lot in Zarp, I know all the rules and experienced with staffing. I am also an ex Head admin and I can help out newer mods with commands or issues that may occour.
I am friendly towards players, and try to interact with everyone on the server. I can also joke around with others, but when it comes to staffing I take it seriously and make sure that situations are handled fairly.
