What is Ghosting?
Ghosting is when a player dies and then tell s the other player which doors are safe. An example of ghosting is when the doors in family guy near the end you can tell the player which door to go through.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would ask them to stop first if then don't I will gag/mute which ever they use.

Why I should be chosen:
I think I would be great for the community of Zarp because I would know all the commands and if player are doing what they are not suppose to do.And I was Admin in a Gmod Death run server named Monstagaming and i was also mod in a TF2 sever and I also think I staff because sometimes when I play i dont see any staff until like an hour later and there are people ghosting.

You have only played for one day on that gametracker profile so I think you seriously need to get it up, if you are denied it will be due to activity I think, however if you play next week aswell you will have a better chance.

I don't know if you have any recent punishments (from past 2 weeks) but if you don't then that is good.

Your application looks quite rushed with very little detail, you can improve this so just press edit and look at other applications for where to improve if you need to.

Overall you need to improve your activity a lot along with your application so at the moment you don't have my vote this meeting.
