Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match is also know as RDM. This is where a player kills another player without a reason.
For example Player X kills Player Y without the reason this is RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule is also know as NLR. This is when a player dies in a district and the player cannot return to the the district until the 3 minute NLR.
For example Player X kills Player Y while Player Y was raiding him. This is so player Y cannot return back to the district where Player X was basing this is NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Fist I would tp to player x and ask him how can I help you. Then I would ask him if its ok if I can take him to the roof and ask him what happened. After I would tp to player y and say to him that I need him for a f1. Then I would tp back to player x and then bring player y. After I would afk player y why he RDMED player x. If player y denys killing player x I would ask for any proof from player x and if he don't have any proof I would end that sit and tp both of the players back to their last location.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
First I would tp to player x and ask him how can i help you. Then I would ask him if its ok if i can take him to the roof and ask what happened. After I would tp to player y and say to him that I need him for a f1. Then I would tp back to player x and bring player y and ask him why he is breaking NLR if he is denying it I would check the logs and see if he was breaking NLR I would check his warnings if he had any recent warnings I would warn him but if he dose not have any I would give him a verbal warning. After tp both players back to their last location.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I think I should be chose because I have been a moderator before I left but now I have come back. I also help out players as much as I can in anyway. Also give advice to new players on the server and help them out. Also I have past experience of handling rule breakers. Also I have been very active on the server. And I would like to help out the community again. Also I would try my hardest to do the f1's as quick as possible.

I see you helping other players regularly, you have good activity and I have seen and handled some of your F1's it seems you are determined to catch the rule breakers I think you are great candidate for staff. Also I've seen you create numerous of f1's which not only shows you want to stop rule breaks but you can actually gain experience on how to handle sits from this. You look like a good candidate. Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
