What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is where a player who has died tells an alive player a fact of the game which gives the alive player an advantage, hence the name Ghosting. A scenario of Ghosting would be if 2 Runners and a Death would be in a knife deathmatch and one of the runners gets killed by the death and can then see that they are on low health, If the runner then tells the other runner that the death is on low health this will cause him to rush in and probably land the kill on the death instead of playing it a bit safer since he heard this information that he shouldn't have.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player? First of all with me it would depend on the severity of the disrespect, If a player is being racist then i would straight up mute him because that is truly unacceptable, but If a player is being disrespectful such as saying F*ck off or something along those lines, aggravated or not, i would give him a friendly warning and tell him to stop. If the player carries on being disrespectful I would warn him and mute/gag him (depending on how hes saying it) If he then disconnects so he can talk again or carries on being disrespectful in the other mode (say if he was typing it first then started saying it through his mic)
I would get someone with more authority on and let them punish him on how they feel he should be.

Why I should be chosen: Since I am still young with no job and practically have no social life, I have been playing a lot of deathrun since it is my favourite game right now. I have also noticed that in my prime time playing there is a lack of staff (probably due to timezones) and the only one i ever really see is Colman. I have a lot of experience of being a staff member because i was Mod then Admin on a deathrun server around two and a half years ago but it got shut down when the owner went to uni. From this experience i most of the ulx commands and know how to deal with rule breaking players. I believe I am a right fit for the Moderator role because I am sensible and mature but can also have a good laugh on the server. I am loyal, truthful and always have a good attitude.

I noticed last time you were denied for recent pubishments if you get no more this week and some of the others have expired then you should be a great candidate as when I see you on, you are helpful, friendly and quite mature.
