Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:

Since i was elected Moderator, i have always been active and respecting the rules, i have helped the server to keep clean against the people who do evil in it, disobeying its rules. I have been learning how the staff team acts, and after a few weeks i think i learned everything.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

If the player is known among the staff team and is a regular rule breaker and has 20 warnings, and 10 of them recent (those 10 recent are from the last 2 weeks), it will be banned for a few days. So he must learn the lesson of dont breaking the rules.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

It would help moderate the server, and if you have any questions/problems, contact me or any staff member. I would also tell how to handle the ULX menu by typing !menu or from the console with bind "key" XGUI, in which you have the commands that will be useful.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello, (user), i analyzed your appeal and spoke with the staff member who forbade you, and we have decided to forgive you because it is your first ban. Please read the rules so that it does not happen again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I am responsible and i know how to moderate the server (without counting some failures i had, already resolved with Xnator). The people who watch me play know that i am active and respect the rules, i help, etc.
I would like to be an administrator to be able to help much more, i am always sincere and I am always willing to improve in any type. I am faithful to the server, therefore, will not find me in any other, i know the superiors and I've never had any problem with them,therefore, i am legit.
