Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:

My time as a moderator has given me enough time to learn ulx, get to know the staff team, and make myself a better person at what I do on Prophunt. I know how to spot ghosting, racism, and other actions that go against the rules. My time as an admin on SSRP has also given me a insight on how staff should act, and I apply this into every action I take to enforce the rules. My time as a Moderator not only has done everything above, but has motivated me to get on the server everyday, moderate it to make sure no one is making others experience bad, and continue to learn about the staff team and the server in general.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

If player x is a well known rule breaker among the staff team and has a total of 20 warns, and 10 of those are recent, which mean has been given in the past two weeks, and then continues to break a rule, he will be banned for a couple days to maybe have him learn the rules and play the game for what it is, not to just come on and ruin other players fun, as if he wasn't banned on his 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th warn.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Congratulations on being apart of the Prophunt Staff Team, Welcome!
The main thing that will help you moderate the servers and enforce rules is called the ULX menu. To access this menu, you can type !menu in chat. If you want a shortcut to the menu, open console and type in bind “letter or key of your choice” XGUI , and then press enter into the console, and whenever you press your choice of key, the ULX Menu will pop up

Looking at the ULX menu you will see sections of commands, they are Chat, Fun, Menus, Teleport, and Utility, lets dive into these commands!

Chat has these commands
amute-Will mute the person from typing in admin chat, use this if a person is spamming disrespect or so into it.
Gag- This will not allow the user to use voice chat, this can be used to stop ghosting, racism, disrespect, bullying, etc.
Mute- This will not allow the user to type in game chat, use this if the user is ghosting, being racist, disrespecting, bullying,etc.
Psay- Use this to message someone privately, it will show up as (PM)
Tgag- This is the same as gag, yet you can input a time period for the person
Tmute- same as mute, yet you can input a time period for the person
Next category, Fun
Slay- This will slay your target
Sslay- This will silently slay your target
Menus is the next category
Motd- This shows the message of the day, this is disabled on Prophunt
Now, Teleport category
Bring- This will bring the user to you, use if a user is stuck.
Goto- this will teleport YOU to a target player just incase you get stuck
Teleport- this will teleport a player to where your crosshair is pointed to, use if you need to teleport someone to a specific location.
Final one is Utility
Friends- Use this on a target player to see if anyone on their steam friends list is online, this can sometimes lead to ghosting.
Fspec- This will force the target user into spectator mode.
Help- If you use help, there will be a list of what commands do and other information inside the console
Kick- this will kick the target player
Who- This will give information about current online users.
If you want to warn someone, use this format
!warn (name) (reason)
Or you can type !warn and right click the targets name to warn them via the warn menu
Another helpful menu is the F6 menu, or the Rap Sheet, this will show online users and offline users past warns, all warns that are in red are recent warnings/punishments. To look at a offline users rapsheet, go to the bottom of the selection of names, and insert the steam ID

Attitude

I am a very nice, understanding person, and I would never give a punishment out that is unreasonable to what the person did, unless it's a reason such as a 2nd or 3rd time a user has been caught hacking. I am very approaching and always willing to listen and take criticism, and will work on things that I need to

Activity

As new opportunities open up for me to be more active, I will take those and be active, I plan to play prop hunt ever day for 2 hours or so, also I have gained the ability to balance out my responsibilities amongst SSRP and PH, I am not a lazy person and I will never get on the server because I have to.

Experience

I know what it means to be staff, the way you act, how to handle things and more. I know what to do when it comes to staffing. I am a trusted staff member on SSRP, and I can apply my ways to Prophunt to form an ideal staff member, to be the best of my abilities, I can be trusted with power, the power to enforce rules and make others experiences great on the server, to make sure they come back and have that same experience over and over again.
