My prop hunt experience since the start: Moderator
I started with prophunt by applying for moderator after playing a bit, enjoying the gamemode I started to play it a bit more and help the server out by staffing it a bit, obviously at the time I wasn’t familiar with most ULX things and I didn’t exactly know how to handle being a PH staff member, however after a bit of training and practise I managed to become better at it.

A while after my initial rank was given to me, I was forced to sadly go inactive for a long time to prevent a mental breakdown due to a dramatic event that would happen at any time, not knowing when it came and wanting to be ready for it, both for myself and my father who this event also would hit hard, I was an SSRP Head Admin & PH Moderator at the time.

Once it was over.
Once this was over at last, my mother left us coming back the next day in tears, she decided to stay with us after all, this was the time I was like “Yeah, let’s finally come back to the servers”, however sadly enough I had to hear I was demoted a week after from SSRP due to my uncontrollable inactivity, however those on prophunt didn’t think the same way, saw the problem I was facing and decided to keep me as their staff member.

My prop hunt experience since the start: Administrator
After my return I decided to go for the administrative role after getting my activity back, and after a 2nd attempt I was accepted and became an administrator. This was great, because it allowed me to assist the one server I was staff on even more than what I already was. And that was something that at least kept me with the community after all personal issues were resolved.

Ups and downs
As a staff member I’ve had up and downs, sometimes needing to get an official due to gametracker not tracking properly, or due to time not updating in time, which you could obviously call the downs of my “career”, I have also had times I was actively playing going above the requirement and trying to help as much as I can, these would then be the ups of my “career.” I tried to help the server a bit by trying to develop something, however until now nothing has been seen back of that yet, which is kinda sad but honestly understandable seeing how the quality was quite bad.

Yeah, it’s true, I’ve been inactive every now and then but in the end I always ended up being on the good terms. I earned trust and experience within the PH team alongside that, that I already had earned from SSRP, prop hunt was interesting to play on because of the different situations I’ve had to face compared to those on SSRP.

However I always have the best in mind for the server, trying to help in any way I can using my small amount of available time, which shows my dedication to the server, except for just getting game time I always tried to help by: In any possible way trying to help Xnator code some things (although this was rarely), making the halloween wheel sprites, creating halloween outcome images for the server, updating spreadsheets for these to work at peak efficiency, and replying to apps due to me being the only one capable of doing that at the time.

Microphones
Yeah, this is a topic I’ll need to keep brining up with each and every single LT app I’ll ever make, I don’t use my microphone, this is mostly not due to my own choice however I won’t tell you all the exact reason, however microphones are still in my opinion overrated, sure, it’s “quicker to communicate with someone using a microphone” however honestly if you pay attention yourself and the person on the other side is capable of typing quite fast then you will have no problem communicating with each other at all. Really, I would have never become an SSRP Super or Head Administrator without using a mic if I wasn’t able to communicate with others effectively, and showing the fact that I’ve been an SSRP SA & HA for 6 months respectively I must have been doing something right where a mic doesn’t appear to be a problem.

Past/Current LT-EXP
As I mentioned in the part above, I’ve been an SSRP Super Administrator for 6 months before getting promoted to Head Admin, This would obviously by itself mean I got a load of experience and this is no further from the truth, however after being an Super admin for 6 months, I’ve also become an Head Admin for yet another (Almost) 6 months, this would mean I got an actual year of experience as a lead team member, and that would be a great thing to look into when selecting Lead Team members for any server, however as a PH lead team member things work differently to what they work like on SSRP, PH is a lot less involvement and doing jobs is easier even with a much smaller team, which is something that I really don’t mind, having a small team means we got close communication and we can easily talk with one another. This however is an easier environment for me to work in then in the huge teams which SSRP is known for, having to manage less staff members as well only makes it easier for me to do stuff, as with a huge team of 100+ staff you won’t personally interact with those 100 staff members, however in prop hunt we only have a few staff members which to me makes it a lot more manageable to interact with them on a more personal level, instead of treating them like “Just one of the staff members”
What I learned as a Super Administrator
As a super admin on prophunt I’ve learned how to work inside a smaller team than SSRP, it gives people more importance than it does in the HUGE SSRP team but I also learned other stuff, I’ve seen others make mistakes and these mistakes have helped me a bit too, it shows me what not to do and how to avoid running into certain problems.

What I expect to be doing as an Head Administrator
As an head administrator I expect to be further advancing my skills, and using them to make the server a better place for both user & staff. This is an easy thing to say however this won’t be the easiest job to do, but I’m sure that once given the chance I’d be doing my best to try to make this a reality.

Recent loss of an Head Administrator
I’m sure it pains us all that we’ve recently lost a great Head Administrator, Daniel Mark, or Pro x HD Scopez resigned due to his work, this is obviously not a good thing considering he was the only PH-HA we had, and this might open up the spot for someone else to take the charge and take over his job, I believe with my skills and other abilities I can be a worthy successor to Daniel, and just like he did help the server onto greatness.

Work
I can’t really make this app without mentioning work, Yeah.. work takes up the majority of my time in the week, and sure: “it’ll get in your way” but honestly, I’m able to maintain the PH-SA rank so I’m sure I’d manage to maintain the PH-HA app without any issues, sure I have to give up a lot of free time but honestly this is worth it in my opinion.

”But you’ve only been recently accepted”
Yes, I have recently been accepted as a PH-SA however thanks to my past experience, and due to a lack of a current head admin I wanted to give applying for the role a try just to see what people think, it’s really not that big of a deal and honestly it’s worth a shot.

Activity
Yes, I have not really got much activity besides the minimum for most weeks, why is this? Simple, once again due to work, work takes up 12 hours alone, include sleeping to that and real life will just give a few moments a day to actually play on PH, and do forum stuff. I get I technically shouldn’t apply due to this however I think because I have to space out time across the week anyway that I might be able to be of more use in the time that I am actually online.
I don’t blame people for selecting a staff member that has a less-limited timespan however I am sure I won’t disappoint if I get selected as a PH HA.
