Estimated Server Time: 1006 minutes. I understand how this maybe one of the main reasons I maybe instantly denied.

Languages I speak: English , very little French.

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: After telling them about the different modes they can use, unreal, gravity Ect I would Firstly, explain to them that it is not as easy and fluent as it may seem and that it takes time to get to that stage, I would then proceed with teaching them how to surf on the side of a ramp by just using A or D depending on which side they feel the most comfortable with, after they have learnt how to surf straight I would give them techniques on gaining speed on the ramp, after this step is complete I would go on to show how to strafe and transfer from ramp to ramp without missing or sliding straight back off the ramp, then if they have succeed in them beginner steps I would leave them to it unless they still need a bit of guidance, and once they are wanting to be able to do more advanced surfing skills I would happily show them.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: Ask calmly to stop at least 3 times and if they proceed to spam I would mute them whether that be mic or chat. I would also Gag / mute for a limited time on their first time spamming, at least 3 minuets.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would ask them kindly to stop / Kick them depending on how serious the exploiting was first and then tell them how if they happen to find more errors like this again please report it, I would then watch and be weary of them throughout the session and if i saw anymore exploiting behaviour or they are spreading information about it to other players I would kick / ban depending on my permissions.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I believe that I should be chosen over a small number other applicants which have not had as much experience, as I have had a lot of experience in the past, sadly not on the zarp gaming servers, however I was a admin on (Pixyte*DarkRP, Re-opened as HawkServers*) (Elysiangaming*DarkRP*) (3 Minecraft servers) (Owned 1 Gmod server) (Owned 3 Minecraft servers) I'm currently operator on a server but I don't go on it as it only has 25 people on it so far.

I was not demoted from any of these servers because of bad performance, 2 shut down, I was demoted from one becasue my new PC could not handle the server, even though it is a fairly good gaming pc, and I just didn't have the time to run my own servers. Just a little warning, some weekends I'm not at home so I may not be on some weekends.
