Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A player does a mass rdm ( that is he rdm's more than 3 players) and leaves to avoid punishment.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would look over their appeal and if it is sincere and they really are regretting their decision of cheating I would give them another chance, but I would be paying close attention to them in game.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I think I should be promoted because I am really active compared to other staff members which clearly shows my dedication to the server. I have gotten the hang of using the ulx menu and giving out punishments although there are some times when I do not know how I should punish a player, but that is quickly solved after I ask an experienced staff member for help. The moment there are no admins+ online is when they are usually most needed to give out a punishment that only they have permission to, it happened to me a few times where I had to try and invite an admin+ to the server to give out a punishment, but they couldn't come.

Hello Ohana,

Your application is good. But oh, that activity ! Even before looking at your gametrackers, I was amazed at the fact that you were connected each time I got on TTT ! Plus, from what I've seen from you IG, you are a very serious moderator while remaining friendly towards everyone.

You really really REALLY deserve to get promoted to admin ASAP. You are on Miia's level for me, and that fucking speaks a lot considering the works he does every week.
