What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when two people agree on a term. This term includes one person being a blue (runner) and a spectator (watching the red deaths) to tell the runner where the death is.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would verbally warn said player a couple times, depending on how serious the disrespect is, if they persist to disrespect I would give them one warning, if they still persist I would kick them from the server, if after they join again and persist to disrespect I would give them a 1 hour ban and then give their name to a higher member of staff.

Why I should be chosen: I believe that you should choose me to be your next moderator because I have had previous experience as HOS (Head Of Staff) on a deathrun server which closed down nearly half a year ago now. I worked my way through the ranks and gained respect from all players and staff members because I am a kind, and tolerant person, I have a sense of humour which doesn't allow hateful comments to anger me, I keep calm and control the situation. I am also a very fun and interactive person meaning I could get along with the community with maybe having a couple or one person who takes a disliking to me (there will always be at least one). This is why I believe I should be chosen, thanks for reading my app and I hope to receive some good news soon.
