Languages I speak: English and broken French, can understand and have a small conversation if they can speak some English.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: I assume the server is using ULX so i will go off of that, If someone was spamming via their mic i would use !gag name 300 to gag them for five minutes. Once their gag is up if they continue that behaviour i would extend it to 10 minutes. If they once again continue with this behaviour i would take word from a higher staff member and ban for an appropriate amount of time. This would apply for text chat also but I would use !mute instead.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: This is dependent on what the exploit does but if it was something minor like a speed boost or one way part of the map I would inform them to stop, if they do not they would be kicked then if they return and continue a ban would be on the cards. If the exploit was game breaking for example a skulls exploit I would tell them to stop, if they do not there would be a ban taking place imminently. They would ideally remain banned till the bug is fixed in my own opinion.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Para and Morgan are speaking via TS. Morgan is in the vault in bank and Para is in the lobby. Morgan is stabbed and shouts “Ohh shit para, the murderer is Joe” then if Para goes down the vault and kills Joe that would be ghosting as he is speaking via an out of game chat.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I have much staff experience as follows – Superior Servers DRP ( 100 players+ ) – Anexis Gaming (50 players ) - Zarp SSRP – I am very well attuned to dealing with rule breakers and minges in my time as staff member and I am good at understanding both sides of a story. The times I am on murder are when it has around 5-7 players or so, usually there are no staff out of these players and the is a high chance that 1 of the players does not abide by the rules and is consistently RDMing, therefore refusing players an enjoyable experience on Zarp Murder.

Extra Information: (Not Required) I am no longer staff on any of those servers btw, my hours are low but I only want to make the server more enjoyable for me and others because RDMers suck.

Hi, Your responses to the questions are very detailed. But the only problem I see is that you only have played for at least a week. But everything else looks good so.
