Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: Player x has accumulated 11 recent punishments and has already been lectured that their next punishment will result in a ban; player x does however not stop breaking the rules and therefor gets banned. Another example would be Player x joins the server, mass RDMs and leaves immediately after.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

If they are genuine about their apology and its their first ban, I'd give them a second chance but also tell them that they're doing it again they won't get unbanned that easily. If they were banned on the same day that they wrote their appeal, I'd tell them that they should wait a few more days before appealing the ban, as bans are not something to take that lightly.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I have been moderator for about a month soon and I think that I didn't do that bad of a job. I feel that I've gained a lot of experience in dealing with rule breakers and that I am ready for the next step. Other benefits would be that I do not have to wait for another admin to come online to ban a player if they reached their 11+ recent punishments.
