Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as a moderator has really helped me to get to know the staff members better and I have learned most of the scenarios that have to be dealt with within BHOP. I feel I am ready for the Admin Rank and that my time has moderator will really benefit me as an admin because I have gotten alot of experience from it.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There was once a player that was highly disrespectful and he was making death threats and being extremely racist. I had to mute him but everytime he kept rejoining and the map changed so it had no affect and I had to keep re-muting him, it was early morning and no admins were online to help me at this time. If I was an admin this could have been easily dealt with via a ban.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello , and congratulations on your promotion to Moderator! Welcome to the Staff Team! You now have access to a lot of commands you can use through the tab menu or manually in the chat. When you press a person's name on the tab menu it will come up with a list of commands you are able to use such as mute , slay and freeze. Most of these commands are self-explanatory but do ask if you are in doubt. Use the kick command as a last resort if they refuse to cooperate , and if that doesn't help contact a higher up and request a ban. Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

As it is his first ban , I would ask to get his ban shortened to 2 weeks because they put a lot of effort into their appeal and really regret doing it sure everyone makes mistakes. I would contact the admin who is handling the appeal and tell them my side of the story and try to get their ban shortened but in the end it is the admin's decision as they are handling the appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
I feel I should be promoted to admin because I have gained a lot of experience from my time as a moderator and I feel I am ready for the admin position. I am very active on the server and am a friendly and mature guy! I get on well with everyone and the staff team and I can be very helpful. As an admin I will be able to handle situations with more control and punish those who warrant more than just a chat mute/kick. I will also be able to deal with hackers.
