For example if a player is being disrespectful towards others, is mic spamming or even exploiting after being verbally warned, warned and kicked then this player has no choice but to get banned for a certain amount of time. Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: During my time as a moderator (which has been almost 2 months now) I haven't come across a situation in which i would really need a hand from other staff members in order to warn or kick a player. Most of the time I am able to handle a situation in which I or even other staff members would say is the correct way to proceed. Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words) I strongly believe that I should be promoted to administrator mainly because of my time and effort put into moderating the server. I try and be on the server as often as i possibly can. I really like socialising with other players on the server and helping them out as much as I can. I feel like me becoming an admin would make me more self-reliant, in a way that if I'm the only staff member on the server I wouldn't have to rely on an admin or higher rank to deal with a situation in which I as a mod wouldn't be able to. I have gained alot of experience throughout my time on deathrun and i think that I'm ready to become an admin. Thank you so much for taking your time on reading my application. Any sort of feedback is highly appreciated. By the way i'm sorry if this app felt in any way, shape or form rushed but that is mainly due to that I had to do this app a second time. |
