Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
well ive been mod for about 2 weeks now and i feel like i am ready too be an admin when i have been on i have kept the server calm and fun for all and how to continue that

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
a guy harassing other users, verbally warned him to stop doing it, he proceeded so i gagged him for 5 mins, after that he still carried on so i had to kick him from the server which then he did not return.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: firstly congrats on Mod, he is some things you need to know before becoming a mod. what your main goal as a Mod is too kept everyone in the server happy and keep everything under control, you have tools too use this such as; gag (when someone is spamming the voice chat), mute (when someone is spamming text chat) and kick (when someone is continuously harassing/annoying other players with prior warning too stop). remember too always talk too the person first as the might not understand what they are doing is wrong and explain too them until the understand.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? Hi there, firstly i would like to thank you for making a ban appeal on our fourms, you were banned for cheating but as this is your first offence and i can see you have put time and effort into your appeal i have decided to your appeal.
however if you are ever court cheating again you will be permanently banned from the server without that chance to appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): well i think i should be promoted due to the fact ive been active alot in the past month ive had a couple of days off recently due too work and stuff but i still play alot, i would say im friendly and easy too talk too but can be serious when i need too be. i still love surfing and have done for years now (even tho im still not that good at it lel) and i think i could only be an asset to the staff team.
