When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
The most common reason to ban someone from Deathrun would be if a user is mass rulebreaking on the server. If they constantly micspam, or use exploits, or are disrespectful, or just being a general minge, they'll get banned. Firstly I'd ban them for a few days, and if they continue after coming back from the ban, I'll ban them for a week. Then two weeks, then 20 days, then a month, then two months, then permanent. Of course, this all depends on the person and their rulebreaks, but this is a general example.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
I mean, let's be honest here. Deathrun is pretty dead currently, so any tricky situations such as those are less likely to occur. I've never had to deal with any situation where I needed urgent help from others - although it's always appreciated. I've dealt with these kinds of situations on other servers though, where I've always basically done what I believed to be the best solution until another staff member could confirm or deny that fact.

Why I should be promoted:
Well, I'm trusted with powers all across the community. I'm known for being kind and helpful all across the community, and I always try my hardest to do my absolute best. I've been a Deathrun moderator for less than a week now, but I'm already familiar with the commands from other servers and know what to do.

I know this might be a bit soon, but Deathrun needs active and good staff members currently - I'm entirely willing to fill at least one of those spots.
