Estimated Server Time: I'm not sure, i but i start playing on Zarp about 3-4 years ago. But i wasn't playing all the time. So i would say 400+ hours.(My gametracker profile is new, i got it about a few months ago. Maybe a year.)

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM Is when a person kills another person without a reason. [Example] Bob buys a M4 for himself and walksup to john and kills him with his M4. That is RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR is when you Can't go back where you died last time in a period of time. [Example] Bob build a base, but someone uses a RPG to blow it up. In the explosion, Bob dies. So bob can't go back to his "Base".

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I tell them both the thruth that he did "RDM" him. But then i ask player y why he killed player x. If he doesn't tell me a reason that is reasonable to kill someone i'll warn him for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
First i ask player x where player y broke NLR. After that i check if player y still has their NLR timer. If they don't have a timer. Now when i check the logs, i know he did break NLR and revenge RDMd. So that would be two warnings. One for Revenge RDM and one for NLR.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I would like to join the staff team because, I follow rules, I am active, I'm nice, I know the rules of the server. I mostly also play on all Server 1, 2 and 3. I have been staff before. I know how to handle sits, rulebreakers, i won't let anyone that breaks rules go on. I'm very serious when needed. I think i'm mature enough. If people that don't understand English and break rules come on the server, i can try to communicate with them. I know how ULX commands work. I have never been demote from a staff rank before for abusing, minging, trolling and so on. I know how to handle problems like Hackers, RDMrs, People that break NLR, Propspam/block, Minging/trolling and so on. And,i would like to help the server itself. Like in the morning when staff are not on the server or are just AFK. That's when i can help alot. And, i do not AFK too often.

In application we/I will look into Gametime,Recent warnings,Behavior ingame/Outof game,How well you have been doing f1's lately,Details of the application.I look into these main facts when applying for any staff rank on the server below Admin/Moderator.If you have most of these alright my vote would be yes indeed.
