Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: Well i have been a bhop moderator for 2 weeks now and I have gained a lot of experience from moderating and playing on the server.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
At one point in the server i had this player that would gun spam,micspam,makes racist comments, and is just plain out disrespectful. Since there is no warn system the best i can do is mute and freeze them. If i was an administrator I would have been able to give them a proper punishment. (ban for 2 days)

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hello there *name* congratulations on getting moderator! In here I will give you some information on how to properly use your staff powers.
first of you have the ability to kick a user. this is commonly used when a user has recieved verbal warnings, or any other punishment and just wont follow the rules no matter what. in order to kick a user out of the server (meaning disconnects them from the zarp gaming bunny hop server) you can either type /kick *steamid* reason or goto the tab menu and click the following button

then you have the ability to mute a user's chat. meaning they can not type a message to other users. This command should be used when a player is disrespectful in chat,racist,or sexist. you can access this command by clicking on the user's name on the tab menu and clicking the following button

As a moderator you will have the ability to freeze a player,which can be accessed by /freeze *steamid* or clicking the users name in the tab menu and pressing the following button,

Then you have the ability to the ability to slay a player, I cant think of a reason to slay a player unless they are caught exploiting. you can access this command by typing /slay *steamid* silent, any other type of slay is just un needed but to to that you have a option to do a silent slay,explode,or rocket. you can also access this by pressing the following button on the users tab menu profile.

then there is the strip weapons command,which is used if someone is gunspamming.this is accesible by typing /stripweapons *steamid* or going into the users tab menu profile and clicking this button.

as a bhop moderator you can mute people globally meaning they can not use there mic on the server. this is accessed by going into the tab menu and pressing the following button

this is used if a player is racist or disrespectful in the bhop voice chat.

lastly you can spectate a user without their acknowledgement of you spectating them, meaning you can spectate them without knowing. this is used to see if a player is exploiting, you can access this by either typing /spectate *steamid* or going into the users tab menu profile and pressing the following button.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I can not handle my own ban but for the applications sake i will. Hello Player X. After reading your appeal I have decided to accept this as the ban was long ago and you seem apologetic. This has been :accepted:

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I think i should be promoted to an administrator as first of i got bhop moderator 2 weeks ago and I am usually on when other staff isn't. I am trusted with the administrator rank on the ssrp servers. I am dedicated to my position as moderator on the bhop server, and have gained a lot of experience the past 2 weeks dealing with rulebreaks and rule breakers. I am limited to the commands i can do as there is no warn system on bhop. there are many mass rulebreakers i can not issue the proper punishment for the rulebreaks they have committed. As a bhop administrator those rulebreakers who ruin the gameplay of other users I will be able to punish them accordingly. If i get this position this allows me to help the server better,faster,and more efficiently.

You need more activity for a promotion too be honest mainly because your activity right now is the standard I would only just let someone to become a moderator not an administrator. Considering you are a SSRP staff this may be a reason due to this so I would only apply if you have the time and by the looks of it you don't. Goodluck! I've been playing for a good month or so and have never seen you on the server , it could be because you're a staff member on SSRP which requires a good bit of activity on its own but yeah goodluck!
