Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
In my Time as Moderator, and before there were no Staffs online when I got mod then I was mostly the only Moderator online, except sometimes there was "Celeren or Native" Im really active and that i can do more than just kick, mute/gag people and dont have to rely on higher Staffs, mostly "Silent (ma m8 )" I already knew the Rules before but as Staff you always get a better feeling for them.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Today when I was on Bhop, there was a guy I knew already actually, but Today when he called me a nub or faggot I told him to stop, he didnt stop, i muted him twice for 5 Minutes and kicked him once, afterwards when he joined back, he still didnt stop. He even started to spam me with the Spectate "... started to spectate you/... stopped to spectate you" so i had to got Silent to come online to Ban him.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
First of all I would start to tell him that the Server has no ULX like Deathrun and that everything works with the Tab menu and/or chat, then I would tell him that he can see all the commands, even the ones he has no access to, when he puts a "/" in Chat. Afterwards I would explain him the Tab menu that if he clicks on someones name it opens a Window where he can see all the available commands he got as Moderator right now and then explain him the single commands he got as Moderator e.g Mute Chat -> Mutes the Person in the Chat and that he can pick a time how long that person will be Muted for and continue that with every single command.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
First of all I would talk with that Player again and with other Staff members & Players who were online at the time that Person got banned for cheating and i would read through his appeal how he explains everything and the apology and effort he put in the appeal and maybe we could come to a conclusion about shorten his ban, depending how he cheated, but to be really sure, i would ask one of the Leadteammembers if they are fine with that aswell or not.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I think i should be Promoted because I'm really active on bhop, however I was gone for 2 weeks because I was looking over a friends house while they were gone, so I couldn't play in that Time. I know the Rules well, I know how to handle Situations, I'm well known with the Powers (I was HeadAdmin and Admin (again) on Deathrun, I'm Surf Mod and I was Bhop Mod once already) and in the Community. Most of the Staff Team are Inactive af, I havent seen a single Admin online since I'm Mod and only like 2-3 Mods.and ofcourse i want to make the Server stay clear from Hackers and staff & that I have to rely on others to Ban those.

The First Meeting will be the One tomorrow, I hope it still counts as my "first" Meeting Attendance, that I fullfill all Conditions to apply for Admin.
