What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is a situation where someone that has died gives information to the living that could possibily change the outcome of the game. It can be something as small as "Run now, the death isn't at the button" but also something like "Take the right door, I died to the left one."

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
Of course I'd treat each of these situations differently, making it hard for me to give a very specific way to deal with such a player. Generally I'd first ask for them to shut up. If they refuse to do so, I'll tell them to shut the fuck up, and if they continue even then I'll gag or mute them. If it was excessive or if they have any other recent punishments I'd warn them as well. Like I said, the way I treat these situations varies greatly - if they say something racist for example, I'll just straight up mute/gag without any prior verbal warnings.

Why I should be chosen:
I used to be a Deathrun Moderator back in March/April. I had a nice time as staff, though my activity quickly dropped after I got promoted. This was due to some issues I had with the staff team at the time, though I can ensure you that such issues would not occur this time around. I've got experience staffing on other servers, being currently a TTT Head Administrator and an SSRP Administrator. I also have experience as an ex-Prophunt Super Administrator as well as a former Surf Moderator not too long ago.

I resigned from Surf to make up time to play Deathrun. It seriously bothers me how badly the server is doing currently and I'd love to help out to possibly save it.

Well your activity isn't the best, I was going to say that you might not know the rules as well as you should however I've gathered your ex-staff so thats not the case. Good application. Good candidate!

I heard you were an ex staff member meaning you know the rules and even if you wasn't i would still think you would know them. Your application is pretty decent and same with activity so keep it up and i don't see why they could deny you!
