Estimated Server Time: 24 hrs at this moment although, i would like to mention, i've been part of Zarp since early 2014 now (almost 4 years) and i've spent waaaaaay more time in Zarp (TTT and Surf) than only these 24 hrs.

Languages I speak:English, Dutch

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: Tell them to spectate me or i'll spectate them to see how i can tell them to improve.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: I'll give a verbal warning first, if continued i will mute / gag the person

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would kick them and tell a higher up that there is an exploit in a certain map or maybe even in the gamemode, if continued then i will ban.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

With 5.6k hours in GMod and around 4+ years of experience i feel like i could help out this staff team very well, i have a lot of experience with all sorts of administration tools for example: ULX + UliB, aWarn etc and a lot of experience in surf + prior staff experience in surf on some big communities.

im good at taking responsibility and making quick decisions about certain situations while still being a fair admin and im an admin that people would want to play with instead of an admin that people want to stay away from, i think all of that has to do with me being not too strict and that im in for a joke, i can't stand way too serious admins who put rules over fun, rules should be there but its not a world problem if one is broken (unintentionally)

I also believe that i can basicly teach the current / new staff team in how to handle certain situations, commands, or even in the gamemode itself, i am willing to mentor people (this used to be a big part into my own community) and i can always respect everyone, no matter how old you are, if you're behaving and want to have fun, i will encourage having fun in surf and keeping it fun for everyone.

I can also do some LUA, not that much but enough that i can maintain servers IF someone needs help regarding server maintenance im open for questions

With that being said, i like this community would love to help out and get to know the community a bit better (as i believe no one from 4 years ago even remembers me or even plays anymore), so here's my attempt to help this server out in future.

Fair enough although i would like to see that i barely see any staff on surf and that i feel like i can help the staff team out, if it's not allowed or no exceptions can be made then fair enough.

Your activity is good and shit like that but in this a community we don’t allow our staff to be staff on other communities. So if you want to get Staff here you can chose to resign from your 24 servers and join here in just leave it.

Evidently the user has canceled his application as stated two or three posts up, this can be locked as the user does not wish to lose his powers on the other server he helps manage.
