Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
I would either gag/chat mute the player for around 5 minutes obviously depends if they are mic spamming or chat spamming if they then continue to do this I would double the gag/chat mute time to 10 minutes.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would record the suspected player then contact an admin+ and send them the evidence. this way the suspected player can be punished accordingly.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is a form of cheating, for example, you could be on Teamspeak with another player in the game and when you are killed you could tell that player who the murderer is giving them an advantage over the other players and the murderer.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I have been a member of Zarp’s community since 2013 and would like to help moderate as many of there servers as possible I also have experience as a staff member on ZARPS SSRP server, therefore, I know how to handle situations with rule breakers in a calm and collective manner.

Hey Jake.

I see you have been playing for a while now and you have been playing well by not breaking rules whilst online.

As you are currently DarkRP Admin you already know how to act as a staff member and will only need to get used to the ulx commands.

Your application is alright, I think you could have said a bit more for why you should be chosen but other than that you show a good understanding of rules.

Overall you have good activity, a friendly attitude and some experience I think you will stand a great chance.

Ive noticed your game trackers show you have 8 days of activity which is good considering the week isn't even over yet! Your attitude for becoming staff is great considering you are a SSRP admin and a good one too. I think that with a bit more activity and no recents by the end of the week you will be guaranteed a spot on the murder staff team! Good luck!
